Scheduling a pool closing with us is easy! Simply fill out the form below and mail, use DocuSign, website form, or e-mail it back to us. Closings will be scheduled on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. The sooner we receive your form the better chance you have of getting the week you want. A specific pool closing “day” cannot be promised, so select the week desired and we will text you of the exact date beforehand.

As we cannot promise a day and time for your pool closing as often encounter issues at job sites and weather related delays. Therefore, we suggest that you have everything accessible on the week of your tentative closing so that you do not need someone to be at your property.

By Providing You With This Contract, This Is What We Promise:

We guarantee against frost/freeze damage due to our neglect to your equipment and plumbing. This guarantee is only
valid if closing is completed PRIOR TO FREEZING WEATHER.

WHAT WE CANNOT PROMISE (FACTORS OUT OF OUR CONTROL):

• Your Pool Will Likely NOT Be Clean/And May Be Green When You Open It In The Spring. This is due to many
  factors out of our control. This includes (but is not limited to): Excessive rainfall, heat, dead animals, closing
  early or opening late, failure of cover, neglect through pool season, etc….
• Your Pool Will Not Be Perfectly Balanced. We will do what we can while we are there, HOWEVER a season of
  failure to regularly balance a pool cannot be corrected during closing time. Low ph and alkalinity can lead to:
  Equipment failure, wrinkling of liner, etching of plaster, yellowing of plastics, corrosion of anything in contact
  with the pool or around it, etc…. High PH and alkalinity can lead to scale formation, staining, equipment failure,
  etc…. Use of inferior products can do same as above, bleaching of pool, failure to protect pool through winter
  months, etc….
• Damage To Pool Or Pool Area Due To Acts Of God. Heavy rain, freezing and thawing, droughts, can all lead to
  damage to the pool. Lightning strikes, storms, etc…. can damage the pool and equipment as well. These
  conditions can cause liners to float, concrete to heave, shells to crack and pop out of the ground, walls to shift,
  etc…. We have no control over situations such as these.
• Everything May Not Be Operational In The Spring. Equipment failures do and will occur, plumbing will and
  does become brittle, and these things tend to happen during the Fall and Winter during inactivity. We do not
  cover breaking of plumbing due to brittleness and exposure, nor equipment failure due to sitting.
• All Anchors For Safety Covers May Not Be Usable At Closing/Recess Able In The Spring. Anchors are made
  of malleable brass and tend to strip, get seized, or damaged during the time the pool is open or closed. We take
  care to prevent this including (but not limited to) cleaning anchor threads at opening and using lithium grease to
  ease movement. However, occasionally a few anchors will need replacing over time. We cannot do this at
  closing due to time constraints, but we will put them on the winter repair list and charge accordingly.
• Pool Covers May Not Stay On Through The Winter/Or Could Become Damaged. This applies particularly to
  tarp covers and above ground covers. Pool covers may come off due to several reasons during the fall and

  winter. These include but are not limited to DECK NOT BEING BUILT TO ACCEPT PROPER INSTALLATION OF
  COVER, wind, heavy rain, neglect, debris, acts of God. To help prevent this from happening we suggest you get
  or buy the proper cover for the pool design, keep rainwater off by draining, check cable and winches to ensure
  proper tension through the winter, and removing leaves after Fall has ended. If you need this service for you just

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

• A Special Note About Auto Covers: We are not responsible for ANY damage to the auto cover at closing time.
  We will not force an auto cover to open nor close as it leads to more damage. Auto covers require annual
  maintenance per manufacturer. Ropes stretch and become bare, break, pulleys seize, motors lock up, tracks
  become dirty, etc. Any one of these issues can cause cover failure (especially at opening and closing). Repairs
  needed will be scheduled through the office later and billed accordingly.
• Pool May Need To Be Drained During The Winter. Depending on rainfall, and type of cover, it is not guaranteed
  that the pool might not need to be drained at some point through the winter. If you need this service, we do
  provide it, just call!
• We Cannot Schedule A Date or Time For Closing. We will text/call you the week prior to your closing. Due to
  the unique nature of each pool some pools take longer than others, weather causes delays, along with other
  circumstances.
• We Cannot Complete Repairs at Closing. Our closing schedule will not allow for them.
  

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU THE POOL OWNER PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL:

1. Water will need to be at operational level to do a full closing.
2. Cover left out and/or easily accessible (i.e, not buried in the back of a storage shed).
3. Winterizing plugs, gizmos, chemicals, you want used left in plain sight.
4. Auto covers need water and debris removed.
5. Note any other wants/needs at the end of this form under other considerations.
